## Levels of Faith

- The Bible is conceptually true
  - a set of myths that describe some foundational truths
  - 2 Timothy 3:5 *having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!*
- The Bible is God's inspired word
  - must be historically accurate and not based on a foundation of lies

*2 Timothy 3:16 - All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.*

With all the evidence that supports God and the Bible, you either have to be ignorant or a fool to not believe.

- universe's fundamental physical constants and initial conditions are precisely calibrated to allow for the existence of life
- 31 constants must be precisely calibrated or life could not exist: gravity, electromagnetic force, the strong nuclear force, etc
